In this pivotal role, you'll source, assess, and secure top talent while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Your expertise will ensure our talent acquisition strategies attract high-caliber candidates, reflect our company values, and support our growth initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience managing full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, assessments, and negotiations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to data accuracy and confidentiality
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, especially within Workday CMS
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and utilize insights for continuous improvement

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience recruiting for accounting, finance, supply chain, legal, HES&S, or commercial roles
• Familiarity with talent sourcing tools and social media platforms

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of full cycle Talent Acquisition experience in a corporate environment

Other Requirements:

• Prior experience working with Workday ATS preferred
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment
