Contract Manager

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Contract Manager to join their team! This position is located in Richardson, TX or Ashburn, Virginia. Duties Manage contract records, documents and asset records in contract management applications Research contract and contracted telecommunications assets within an engineering organization Draft, revise and edit contractual documents Accelerate the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWs Monitor contract renewals and other key contract milestones Resolve contract compliance issues Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with transactions internal negotiation team Understand business requirements, legal provisions, and Corporate Policies Review and interpret sourcing and corporate policy requirements Take responsibility for consultation and escalation of contractual terms and conditions to Senior Management, including provision of current and potential legal and business issues and/or risks Desired Skills/Experience Microsoft Office suite and Google application proficiency Procurement Contracting Analysis experience nSAP Telecommunication Assets and Services Procurement Knowledge Benefits Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered Salary The approximate pay range for this position is between $31.00 and $45.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
