Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Rotating Weekends | No On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct respiratory therapy care to adult patients in accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions using appropriate therapeutic interventions
• Operate and manage mechanical ventilators and other respiratory equipment
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Active Florida Respiratory Therapy license required – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Experience working with adult patient populations
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekend availability

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• Proficiency with mechanical ventilation management
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills in fast-paced environments
