Neonatologist
Pediatrix & Obstetrix
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join their well-established team at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare, serving families for over 30 years. This exceptional role offers the opportunity to work in the region's only Level III NICU, caring for high-risk mothers and critically ill newborns. The position provides a collaborative, multi-specialty environment with comprehensive support, allowing for a significant impact on neonatal care in Florida's capital city.
Practice Info
- 34-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 25 and 3,500 annual deliveries.
- The only Level III NICU in the region, equipped to care for high-risk moms and critically ill newborns.
- Work alongside neonatologists, NNPs, pediatric intensivists, and hospitalists, supported by pediatric subspecialists in cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, orthopedics, and more.
- Comprehensive support from skilled nurses, PICC team, full-time child life specialist, and transport services managed by neonatal nurses and RTs.
- Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare is a 772-bed acute care hospital serving North Florida and South Georgia.
