Shift Leader

Einstein Bros. Bagels is a family‑owned chain that has been baking fresh bagels daily since 1995. Our stores close by 2pm so you can enjoy a truly work‑life‑balanced day. We’re looking for a Shift Leader to help create a great guest experience. The Shift Leader will collaborate with the General Manager, set morale and tone, coach team members, open and close the store independently, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Set morale, tone, and provide feedback & coaching to team members. Open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure operational readiness. Maintain quality of food and beverage, and keep the store clean and safe. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum age 18. Availability for varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends. Pass a background check in compliance with local, state, and federal law. ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain it before training). Valid, state‑issued driver’s license preferred; meets company driving qualifications (if required). Benefits Flexible schedule.
