Overview:

Ōnin Staffing is hiring a
Bilingual Fabricator
for a client in
Albuquerque, NM
. This is a
temp-to-hire
opportunity for someone with hands-on
rebar fabrication experience
who can work safely, staydependable, and communicate clearly in both English and Spanish.
Pay:
$18/hr
Schedule:
Day shift, Monday–Friday
Location:
Albuquerque, NM
Position Type:
Temp-to-hire
Job Responsibilities:
Fabricate, cut, bend, and prepare rebar according to work orders and job specifications
Operate fabrication equipment such as shears, benders, threaders, forklifts, cranes, and other shopequipment as assigned
Read and follow measurements, work instructions, production tickets, and safety procedures
Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and moving materials as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Communicate with team members and supervisors in English and Spanish
Follow all company safety policies and production expectations

Skills and Experience:

Job Requirements:
Must have previous rebar experience
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Must have fabrication, construction, steel, or manufacturing experience
Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
Must be comfortable using tools and shop equipment
Must be dependable and able to work Monday–Friday on day shift
Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and work in a physically demanding environment
Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced production setting
Must be able to pass Ōnin Staffing’s hiring requirements
