Cardiac Device Technician

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 4 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:

• BLS certification
• Completion of a pacemaker/ICD Technician program or equivalent job experience
• EPIC experience within the last 2 years
• Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Independently manage implanted cardiac rhythm management devices, including pacemakers and implantable defibrillators.
• Monitor and assess the functioning of cardiac devices in patients.
• Educate patients about their cardiac devices and associated care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Compliance / Notes:

• Reliable transportation is required, as public transportation is not accessible in the area.
