Hissong Ready-Mix and Aggregates is looking for a Concrete Mixer Driver to join our tight-knit team. We're a family-owned company — and that's exactly how we treat our people.

This is a full-time, year-round position. No seasonal layoffs, no uncertainty — just steady work with a team that has your back.

$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for qualified candidates!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Haul and deliver ready-mix concrete to customers safely and on time
- Operate your mixer truck in compliance with all safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with your crew and report any equipment issues or hazards to your foreman
- Represent Hissong with professionalism on every job site

- Valid CDL Class A or B license (required)
- A strong commitment to safety — it's our #1 priority
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs consistently
- Flexibility for occasional extended hours, evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Reliable transportation and a team-first attitude
