About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales for Distribution and Resellers to spearhead its global B2B strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven sales strategies, nurturing key account and distributor relationships, and driving sell-through across international markets. This role demands a leader with a strong background in B2B sales management, particularly in the areas of key accounts and distributor management, and a proven track record of driving successful product movement. The Head of Sales will be a part of the commercial executive management team, leading a small team and expected to grow it, so the ability to attract and retain top talent is essential. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented leader with a builder mentality, capable of transforming the B2B function into a future-ready model. Candidates for the Head of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and at least 5-10 years' experience in B2B sales management. A strong interest in the musical instruments and/or audio categories is also a key requirement. The role is suited to a collaborative leader who can seamlessly switch between strategic and operational perspectives, and who is comfortable in a non-corporate, entrepreneurial environment. The Head of Sales will be expected to be a fast learner, passionate, driven, and ambitious, with excellent relationship-building skills. The position is based in Stockholm and will involve frequent international travel.
