Agent Experience Lead - In-Office Training & Onboarding

Compass

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager in Coconut Grove (Miami, FL) to serve as the primary contact for agents joining Compass. You will train, support, and manage office operations to ensure a world-class experience for seller and buyer clients. This role emphasizes 1:1 and group training, marketing collateral support, and collaboration with onboarding and other teams.
