Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. Technical school, vocational training, apprenticeship experience, or industrial maintenance education is preferred.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of HVAC, heating and cooling, refrigeration, or mechanical service experience preferred Commercial equipment service experience a plus Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license required

Job Duties

Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems Perform preventative maintenance and routine service calls Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Replace defective parts and components Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Test equipment to ensure proper operation Travel to customer locations for service work Communicate repair recommendations and equipment concerns Follow all company safety procedures

Physical Capabilities

Lift up to 50 pounds as needed Use hand tools, power tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment Work independently in field and service environments Stand, bend, reach, and perform physical service work
