Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Producer (Service or Sales) Chandler, AZ

We are a State Farm agency in Chandler, AZ looking for an Arizona-licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer to join our small, focused team. This is a full-time, MondayFriday role / No Weekend Work / Paid Holidays / Paid Personal Time. You can expect to make between $45,000 - $60,000 a year in this job based on your knowledge and performance. We are looking for someone who is self-managed, confident on the phone, and comfortable with high-volume customer contact and rejection. An active AZ P&C license is required and we're only interviewing licensed candidates at this time. We are looking for someone who is interested in being the lead service person or a team member who would like to do both sales and service.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch.

No weekend work.

Hybrid work-from-home may be possible at times, but not in the first year and should not be an expectation.

Your success and income will be measured by your results.

Compensation: expect to make between $45,000 - $60,000 a year in this job based on your knowledge and performance.

Pay dates: 5th and 20th of each month.

We do not currently offer health insurance or retirement plans. Longevity with the agency is rewarded with additional paid time off.

Above-average computer and phone skills are necessary, as your job requires you to email and communicate with potential customers consistently.
