Volt is immediately hiring Forklift Operators in Chino, CA.

We are seeking 1st Shift and Swing Shift candidates with experience in the following: Both the Cherry Picker Forklift and High Reach Forklift or the Pacer Forklift.

As a PIT Forklift Operator, you will:

• Need Experience in Operating BOTH the Reach Forklift and Cherry Picker Forklift.
• Perform variety of warehouse functions including picking/packing
• Utilize a Computer (Oracle system) and RF scanner.
• Follow all safety rules and requirements and perform all housekeeping responsibilities.
• Move, put-away, and stage products and materials using a forklift, or other power equipment.
• Perform daily inspection on equipment.
• Check orders for accuracy
• Prepare products for shipment
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a Loader/Pacer Forklift Operator you will:

• Need Experience in Operating the Pacer Forklift.
• Load, unload, move, put-away, and stage products and materials using a forklift, or other power equipment.
• Perform daily inspection on equipment.
• Check orders for accuracy
• Prepare products for shipment.
• Perform variety of warehouse functions including picking/packing.
• Follow all safety rules and requirements and perform all housekeeping responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

These positions are Full-time opportunities.

Schedules:

• 1st Shift PIT Forklift Operator: 6:00am - 2:30pm (Possible 4:00am Start) with Possible OT during the week or weekend, (Monday Friday) With Some Saturdays Required - Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Swing Shift - PIT Forklift Operator: 10:00am-6:30pm with Possible OT during the week or weekend, (Monday Friday) With Some Saturdays Required Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Swing Shift - Loader/Pacer Operator: 10:00am-6:30pm with Possible OT during the week or weekend, (Monday Friday) With Some Saturdays Required Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or GED - Required.
• Pass Background Screen, Employment History, and Drug Screen.
• Experience on Forklifts Required Will be Tested on Forklifts on 1st Day.
• Ability to read/write/speak English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Computers: Oracle, Coupa, and Excel a Plus!

Pay Rate: $20.00

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
