Role Overview This position offers a highly experienced veterinarian the opportunity to step into a leadership role within a growing small-animal practice while continuing to provide clinical care. The Medical Director guides medical standards, mentors veterinary staff, and partners with practice leadership to support operational excellence, compliance, and long-term growth, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and compassionate patient care. The role also helps foster a collaborative team culture focused on excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership and mentorship to associate veterinarians

• Partner with leadership on daily operations and staff development
• Lead meetings and support performance management

• Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards

Qualifications

• DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• Active veterinary license in good standing
• Clinical experience preferred
• Leadership and team management skills
