Position Overview

The Office Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative support across the office. This individual will help maintain efficient workflows, assist with communication and scheduling, and provide a professional experience for visitors, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide a professional, friendly first point of contact
• Support daily office operations and help maintain an organized workspace
• Answer, route, and respond to phone calls and general inquiries
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies
• Assist with scheduling meetings, calendars, and basic administrative coordination
• Prepare documents, correspondence, and reports as needed
• Help coordinate office events, meetings, and internal communications
• Maintain records, files, and administrative systems with accuracy and discretion
• Support onboarding tasks, visitor check-ins, and other office procedures
• Collaborate with team members to resolve day-to-day administrative needs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency with common office software and communication tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working onsite
• Positive attitude and a willingness to assist where needed
