Guide and support maintenance technicians, including aligning priorities, organizing tasks, and fostering continuous learning and team engagement.Air Separation – Brings a strong understanding and passion for learning air separation and associated technologies.Instrumentation and Electrical – Demonstrates a practical understanding of electrical principles applied to the operation and repair of complex electrical devices.Mechanical aptitude - Brings foundational skills and a collaborative approach to mechanical systems maintenance.Safety and Compliance – A fundamental understanding of all applicable regulations, laws, certifications, and standards with a focus on how to advance success in each discipline for a manufacturing environment.Leadership – Ideally, you bring a strong foundation to build the leadership skills needed to collaboratively partner with a production staff.Maintenance Programs - Familiar with modern maintenance programs, asset management systems, and core operational principles.Are You a Match?Minimum of 3 years of industrial experienceWell versed in problem analysis/decision making process and identifying sound solutions.Prior operations management of an air separation facility a plusPrior experience with supervising a staff is preferredBenefitsWe care about and support our Airgas Families.
