We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and creative Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team. In this rewarding role, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by creating engaging experiences that bring joy, purpose, and connection to the lives of our residents.

As the Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will design and lead a vibrant activities program that promotes physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and spiritual well-being. From organizing special events and community outings to facilitating daily activities and fostering meaningful relationships, you'll help create a welcoming environment where residents feel valued, engaged, and empowered.

What You'll Do:

- Plan, coordinate, and lead a variety of engaging activities, events, and wellness programs

- Encourage resident participation while honoring individual interests, abilities, and preferences

- Create opportunities for social connection, lifelong learning, and community involvement

- Develop monthly activity calendars that offer diverse and meaningful programming

- Coordinate volunteers, entertainers, community groups, and special guests

- Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to enhance quality of life

- Document participation and evaluate program effectiveness

- Celebrate holidays, milestones, and special occasions that create lasting memories

What We're Looking For:

- A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for working with older adults

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Creativity and enthusiasm for planning engaging programs and events

- Ability to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff

- Experience in activities, recreation, senior living, healthcare, or a related field preferred
