Vice President, Market Access, HEOR and Patient Services - Radiopharma

GE HealthCare seeks an experienced Vice President to lead market access strategy for its radiopharmaceutical portfolio across cardiology, neurology, and oncology. This executive role encompasses payer reimbursement, HEOR strategy, CMS/Medicaid engagement, and patient services, requiring collaboration across commercial, medical affairs, and compliance functions.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute US market access strategy for radiopharmaceutical portfolio aligned to business growth and product launches
• Lead Medicare, Medicaid, and CMS reimbursement policy planning, including coding, coverage, and payment assessments
• Define and oversee HEOR and value evidence strategy to support payer and provider engagement
• Develop access tools including economic models, value communication assets, and evidence-based discussion support
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing team with scalable operating model for growing business

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business management, public health, or healthcare administration preferred
• Minimum 15 years progressive experience in market access, reimbursement, HEOR, health policy, and payer strategy
• Significant experience in specialty pharma, radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, oncology, or complex provider-administered segments
• Demonstrated expertise in US reimbursement and access, including Medicare, CMS, and government payer dynamics
• Experience leading field reimbursement, provider support, and patient service capabilities
• Ability to develop and execute external policy engagement strategies and influence coverage frameworks
