Pride Health is seeking a Home Health Hospice RN for one of our clients in AZ (Contract). Coverage: 65 mile radius Flagstaff, AZ Schedule: Days 8am-4:30pm, On-call as needed for back-up on call Contract: 3-month contract Pay Rate: $48-53 per hour Mileage Reimbursement: N/A Duties and Responsibilities RNCM for home health hospice patients Symptom management, medication management, personal care, family support, education.
