Role Summary:
The Contract Senior Marketing Manager, HCP Marketing will serve as a key member of the
Sleep Franchise marketing team supporting execution across HCP promotional channels
during a temporary coverage period. This individual will lead day-to-day management and
execution of non-personal promotion initiatives, including HCP websites, digital media,
CRM, and omnichannel marketing programs while also supporting select personal
promotion activities.

The ideal candidate will bring strong pharmaceutical marketing experience, expertise in
digital and media execution, and a demonstrated ability to work with and manage projects
through agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders. This role will operate within an
established strategic framework and focus on ensuring seamless execution, operational
excellence, and continuity of critical HCP marketing initiatives.

This position will report directly to the Head of HCP Marketing for the Sleep Franchise and
work closely with members of the Sleep Franchise marketing team, agency partners,
medical/legal/regulatory colleagues, and commercial stakeholders.

Digital Marketing, Media & Omnichannel Execution:
Lead execution of HCP digital marketing initiatives across branded and unbranded
channels.
Manage HCP media programs in partnership with media and analytics agencies.
Support optimization of digital campaigns to ensure alignment with brand objectives
and performance goals.
Lead execution and ongoing maintenance of branded and unbranded HCP websites.
Coordinate omnichannel marketing activities and ensure consistency across digital
customer touchpoints.
Collaborate with analytics, internal omnichannel team and agency partners to monitor
campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Agency Management & Execution:
Serve as day-to-day lead for agency partners supporting media, creative, CRM, website,
and digital execution.
Review agency deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with approved
strategy.
Coordinate tactical development timelines and ensure projects remain on schedule.
Facilitate communication between agency partners and internal stakeholders to drive
efficient execution.

Personal Promotion Support:
Provide support for HCP personal promotion initiatives including sales materials and
promotional asset development.
Assist with development, review, and implementation of personal promotion tactics as
business needs require.
Support execution of field-facing promotional initiatives while partnering with internal
stakeholders responsible for sales engagement activities.
Maintain alignment between personal and non-personal promotional activities.

Asset Development Process:
Lead review and approval activities of marketing materials through medical and legal
review processes.
Coordinate review cycles, stakeholder feedback, revisions, and final approvals.
Maintain documentation and workflow management within Veeva.
Ensure tactics are executed compliantly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial
Operations, Analytics, and Sales stakeholders.
Coordinate execution across multiple workstreams while maintaining alignment to
brand priorities.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree required.
5+ years of U.S. pharmaceutical marketing experience.
Demonstrated experience managing HCP digital marketing and media programs.
Experience managing agency partners and vendors.
Experience working within PMRC/MLR review environments.
Working knowledge of Veeva PromoMats or similar systems.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Sleep medicine or specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred.
Experience supporting personal promotion initiatives preferred.
