This is not a typical adjusting role. We serve pregnant moms, families, and a growing pediatric patient base, and we are intentionally building toward becoming the go-to pediatric and prenatal practice in our community. This is a great opportunity for a chiropractor who has a deep passion for serving children and expectant moms, and who wants to specialize, not just adjust.The Associate Chiropractor is responsible for delivering principled corrective care, performing and interpreting digital x-rays and Insight scans, training under Dr. Sara Richa in Webster Technique and the PX Docs neurologically focused approach, and helping families understand and commit to their care plans through clear, compelling Reports of Findings.ResponsibilitiesAdjust pediatric, prenatal, and family patients using corrective care principlesPerform and interpret digital x-rays and Insight nervous system scansDeliver clear, compelling Reports of Findings that help families understand their careTrain under Dr. Richa in Webster Technique, Spinal Correction protocols, and the PX Docs neurologically focused approachEducate families on lifestyle, nervous system health, and the MaxLiving 5 EssentialsParticipate in community events, dinners with the doc, and patient workshopsHelp grow the practice with talks and eventsRequired QualificationsDoctor of Chiropractic from an accredited programActive or pending Texas chiropractic licenseComfortable adjusting infants, children, and pregnant patients, or eager to be trainedComfortable taking and reading x-raysCoachable, humble, and people-centeredPreferred QualificationsWebster Technique certification, or commitment to obtain within the first yearICPA, PX Docs, or other pediatric continuing educationExperience with corrective care, structural correction, or principled chiropractic practicesFamiliarity with Insight scanning technology (HRV, thermal, sEMG)A heart for building long-term relationships with familiesScheduleThis position is full-time and works different hours each day.
