In-House Healthcare Corporate Counsel (Hybrid - Franklin, TN)

Latitude is working with a healthcare organization adding an experienced In-House Healthcare Corporate Counsel with deep expertise in healthcare regulatory compliance, M&A transactions and Medicare Provider Services. This role will serve as a key legal advisor to operational leadership and cross-functional teams, providing strategic and practical guidance on complex healthcare regulatory matters, contractual arrangements, and M&A support.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of healthcare regulatory legal experience, with substantial experience advising on fraud, waste, and abuse laws, including Stark and Anti-Kickback laws, and Medicare enrollment requirements. Experience in both law firm and in-house healthcare environments is strongly preferred. This position requires a business-oriented attorney who can manage legal risk while enabling operational growth in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

• 10+ years of healthcare regulatory experience, including advising on FWA, Stark and Anti-Kickback laws, Medicare enrollment, physician contracting and licensing and healthcare/commercial contracting as well as M&A support
• Experience with MSOs or multi-entity provider platforms, Medicare provider services and/or physician practices is highly preferred
• Superior drafting and analytical skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee (or eligible for in-house exemption)
• Outstanding professional references

Compensation

Pay: The salary range for this role is expected to be $180,000 to $210,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
