Candidates will be considered for two vital areas: (1) Behavioral support in an elementary setting or (2) Cross-campus and Life Skills classrooms working with students who may present more aggressive behaviors—ideal for those with CPI certification or comparable experience.Key Qualifications:Active RBT certification requiredPrevious experience working with students in a behavioral or educational setting strongly preferredExperience in schools is a plus, but hands-on RBT or behavioral support background is crucialExperience managing aggressive behaviors or a CPI credential is highly valued for cross-campus/life skills assignmentsStrong communication skills and a collaborative approachResponsibilities:Deliver 1:1 and group behavioral interventions for students in elementary, middle, or high school environmentsCollaborate with school staff to implement behavior plans and provide consistent supportFoster a safe, supportive learning space for students with varying behavioral needsSupport teachers and classroom staff in Life Skills classrooms, particularly with students exhibiting more intensive behaviorsMaintain documentation and assist with progress monitoringAdapt to different classroom needs, including behavioral and life skills support across campus settingsThis full-time contract position operates Monday through Friday, approximately 7:15am to 3:30pm (hours may flex slightly based on campus needs).
