• Job Type: Full-Time/Direct Hire
• Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Pay: $50,000.00 - $83,500.00 per year (Based on experience) + Benefits
• Sign on bonus - Available
• Setting: Outpatient / Intensive Outpatient / Partial Hospitalization / Residential / Psychiatric Services / Medication-Assisted Treatment
• Location: Central Ohio - 3 locations

Position Summary:
The  Clinical Therapist provides specialized behavioral health and substance use treatment services to individuals experiencing addiction and/or mental health challenges. The therapist will provide individual and group therapy, case management, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and care coordination while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and protecting client confidentiality.

-> Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients within the scope of practice and under appropriate clinical supervision.
• Provide case management and crisis intervention services as needed.
• Complete crisis and safety plans, treatment plans, service notes, transition plans, discharge plans, and other required clinical documentation.
• Maintain accurate and complete clinical records in accordance with quality improvement, billing, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with program development and treatment planning as assigned.
• Maintain client confidentiality and handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and applicable regulations.
• Identify community resources and make appropriate referrals based on client needs.
• Coordinate Case Management or CPST services when medically necessary to address barriers to recovery, including housing, finances, employment, education, and support systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community service providers to promote integrated and holistic care.
• Develop and strengthen clients' natural support systems within the community.
• Encourage positive social engagement and participation in safe and supportive community environments.
• Utilize person-centered, strength-based, and culturally sensitive approaches to promote client engagement and recovery.
• Encourage participation in community-based Wellness and Recovery Action Plans.
• Promote positive reinforcement strategies and progressive pro-social interventions.
• Respond to clinical and community-provider inquiries within required timeframes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

-> Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Active Ohio license/credential such as:
• LCDC II
• LCDC III
• LPC
• LPCC
• LSW
• LISW
• LICDC
• Valid Ohio Driver's License and automobile insurance.
• Must successfully pass BCI background check.
• Must pass all required Corporate Compliance checks.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.

-> Required Skills:

• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.
• Strong individual and group counseling skills.
• Knowledge of behavioral health treatment and community resources.
• Strong crisis intervention and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to a person-centered, strength-based, culturally sensitive, and recovery-oriented approach.

This position supports clients across a behavioral health continuum that may include  outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, psychiatric services, and medication-assisted treatment programs .
