Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid and current OT license in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly valued
- Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and goal writing
- Comfortable traveling between two nearby school sites
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to partner with educators, families, and fellow therapists
- Capacity to design and implement individualized and group interventions that promote student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs
- Perform evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and recommend appropriate supports
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop and monitor treatment plans
- Document progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings as an engaged team member
- Support students' ability to access the curriculum and develop essential life skills
