We're seeking a Family Law Consultation Attorney who thrives on one-on-one interactions and enjoys guiding families through difficult situations without the stress of litigation. In this role, you'll conduct consultations, answer legal questions, and build trust with prospective clients, helping them decide if our firm is the right fit for their needs.

This position offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule, free from courtroom pressures, with no trial preparation or after-hours emergencies. You'll handle up to seven consultations daily and follow up with engagement contracts, all while enjoying a supportive team environment. We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000, performance bonuses for retained clients, paid Texas law license fees, CLE expenses, group life insurance, and a total expected compensation of approximately $115,000+. • And would rather help clients face-to-face than fight opposing counsel in court

Schedule  

• Full-time

• Monday through Friday

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• In-person position in San Antonio, Texas

• Consultations are conducted in person, by telephone, and by Microsoft Teams

Qualifications:

• MUST be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and in good standing with the Texas Bar

• Experience in family law, with a deep understanding of Texas legal procedures

• Ability to conduct up to seven consultations daily, providing expert legal advice

• Proven track record of building trust and rapport with clients through one-on-one interactions

• Confidence and emotional intelligence to handle sensitive family matters with care

• Strong communication skills, both in-person and via digital platforms like Microsoft Teams

• Dependability with a consistent attendance record, ensuring reliability for clients and the team

• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in San Antonio, Texas
