Robotic Operator / SPOC Coordinator, Manufacturing Shift: 12:00pm-10:30pm, Monday-Thursday Hours: $24.70/hr. Location: 705 John Bowden Pkwy, Robinson, TX 76706-0000. Position Summary Walmart is expanding with its third company‑owned milk processing facility to serve over 750 stores across Texas and surrounding states. This state‑of‑the‑art facility will produce high‑quality milk products under Great Value and Member’s Mark, using milk sourced primarily from Texas dairy farmers. Compensation Base pay: $24.20 per hour Evening shift differential: $0.50 per hour Competitive benefits package What You’ll Do Develop and interpret material flow control system reports to maintain the system and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with management to determine and implement changes for continuous improvement. Monitor color‑coded displays and correct logic errors in the material flow control system. Process or handle product (e.g., realign pallets, stabilize loads) on the material handling system (conveyor, crane, shuttle car, monorail carts) according to procedures. Identify errors such as jams and direct manufacturing resources to resolve them promptly. Communicate progress and information to multiple levels of management. Recommend ways to address improvement opportunities and assist in implementing approved changes. Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners to meet deadlines and expectations.
