About the Role A Guest Services Agent at Pyramid Global Hospitality creates a memorable first impression for guests and supports their stay from arrival to departure. The role involves welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, guiding them to their rooms, and providing information about hotel amenities and the local area. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and welcome them to the property. Assist with welcoming and unloading luggage. Act as a source of knowledge about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions. Escort guests to the front desk for check‑in and help with a smooth process. Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles upon request. Escort guests and luggage to their rooms while highlighting amenities and fun facts. Maintain a clean, organized entrance area in collaboration with other attendants. Provide outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced environment. Work a full shift standing, moving between the valet lot and various hotel areas. Required Qualifications Minimum of one year in a customer‑service role with high guest interaction. Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for at least six months. Hospitality industry experience is a plus. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Positive, helpful, and engaging personality. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift. Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Compensation and Benefits Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including skill set, experience, and location.
