Warehouse AssociateJoin our team as a Warehouse Associate in Canton, a vibrant city known for its rich history and welcoming community. This role involves manual handling and processing of storage materials, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesMove, arrange, lift, and load storage boxes, bins, and totes weighing from 24 lbs to over 100 lbs.Process orders and handle boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials.Lift, carry, and move boxes manually and via hand carts, while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting.Load and operate hand trucks and pallet jacks safely on uneven and concrete surfaces.Read and write English to process orders and track inventory using the proprietary computer system.Operate handheld scanners and safely climb and balance on ladders.Load and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts, and load pallets onto trucks manually and with material handling aids.QualificationsAbility to walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods.Capability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs without assistance.Proficiency in using hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling aids.Benefits PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
