Pep Boys is seeking a Manager in Training to lead store and service center operations with a focus on sales growth and customer service. The role entails driving performance, directing a high-energy team, and ensuring safe, policy-compliant operations. Successful candidates will have retail leadership experience and completion of a two-year program or equivalent, with strong communication and organizational skills.
