Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Overview Public Storage is the self‑storage industry leader and is currently hiring Property Managers. Compensation & Benefits Hourly: $15 per hour. Responsibilities Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. Assess customer storage needs and recommend storage units, packing and moving supplies. Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls as needed. Transport items up to 35 pounds and walk in/out of facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors (about 50% of the time conducted outdoors). Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. Qualifications Experience: Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑centric sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies.
