CDL Class A Local Home Daily For Experienced Truck Drivers

Overhaul Carriers Ltd. is offering a CDL Class A Local Home Daily position for experienced truck drivers.

Compensation: $1575 to $1700 per week, $10,000 sign on bonus

Home Daily: Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday. Start time window: 1800-2300 10 - 12-hour day - Drivers could work a 12-hour day. The fleet average is 10 hours. Night driving operating area: Drivers on this local job will operate in a 300-mile radius of Waterford, NY. Miles per week: 1200. Hazmat and tanker endorsement.

Duties: Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.

Requirements: Minimum age of 21, valid CDL Class A license. Clean motor vehicle record and background checks. Ability to pass a DOT drug screen, urine test. Moving violation: No more than 2 in the last 3 years. Accident: No more than 3 minor accidents/incidents in the past 3 years. No more than 3 incidents in the last 3 years. Tickets: No more than 3 accidents and/or tickets. No more than one preventable with less than 12 months of experience. Felonies: All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file. Felony drug charges must be outside of 7 years. Misdemeanors: All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file. DUI/DWI: No more than 1 and it must be outside of 5 years old. If driver has 2 DUI's, they will be considered if both are prior to 2002. Drivers with a DUI/DWI in a CMV may be considered for employment with appropriate SAP paperwork.
