• Night shifts only -- 7 pm - 7 am, 7 on/off schedule
• Census typically 8 - 10 ICU patients
• ICU setting -- critical care coverage
• Intubation, central line, and arterial line skills required
• Paracentesis and thoracentesis required
• Cath lab transfers involved
