What You’ll Do: Answer incoming phone calls and provide member as much resolution as possible. Promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs. Open member accounts, resolve issues, and handle the member’s daily needs. **Full job description will be provided if you are selected for an interview. What We Need: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to effectively communicate Credit Union products and services. Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support others on your team. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to proficiently operate a computer, calculator, and copier. Customer service experience and specialized financial courses a plus!
