Sales Executive – Commercial Insurance Company: Thompson Northeast Insurance (Part of Team Thompson) Location: Northeastern Pennsylvania Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation & Earnings Potential

• Base salary + uncapped commission • Expected earnings: $80,000 – $100,000+ as you grow • Commission paid on new and renewal business • Performance-based bonuses • 401(k) with company match • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance • Paid time off

You Won't Be Starting From Scratch

Unlike most sales roles, we hand you a running start. Through our Team Thompson network, you'll have access to:

• Title & Tag customers • DOT compliance clients • Existing transportation relationships

Real opportunities will be in front of you from day one — you just have to show up and build on them.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with owner-operators, independent drivers, and small trucking companies • Help clients find the right commercial insurance coverage for their needs • Grow your own book of business over time • Stay in touch with clients and manage renewals • Develop new leads through referrals and networking • Learn how DOT regulations and insurance requirements work (we'll teach you!)

What We're Looking For

No experience required — just bring:

• A positive, people-first attitude • Strong communication skills • Self-motivation and a desire to grow • A willingness to obtain your Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (we'll help you get there)
