Construction Project Manager - Data Centers

Overview We're seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager for the delivery of large-scale, ground-up data center projects across the DMV region. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on mission-critical developments. You will play a key role in coordinating complex building systems, driving project execution, and ensuring successful delivery from pre-construction through commissioning. Responsibilities Manage all MEP aspects of ground-up data center construction projects. Coordinate with owners, design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and field operations. Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk management for MEP scopes. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance throughout the construction lifecycle. Lead MEP coordination meetings and resolve technical issues proactively. Monitor subcontractor performance and support successful commissioning and turnover. Collaborate with Superintendents and Project Executives to achieve project milestones. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an MEP Project Manager or Project Manager on large commercial or mission-critical construction projects. Demonstrated experience delivering ground-up data centers is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems. Experience managing subcontractors, budgets, and project schedules. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on-site within the DMV region. Why Apply?
