You are a visionary leader who can drive strategic initiatives and foster an environment of innovation.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and oversee large-scale data architecture projects, leveraging Databricks and its specific products such as Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables, and Unity Catalog to deliver high-impact solutions.* Provide leadership and strategic direction to engineering teams, ensuring alignment with clientobjectives, and maximizing the use of Databricks' features.* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through digital transformation and data strategy development, with a focus on leveraging Databricks to its fullest potential.Requirements:* 10+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture, with a minimum of 6+ years of extensive hands-on experience with Databricks, including specific products like Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables, and Unity Catalog.* Mastery of Big Data Platforms, Cloud Data Warehouses, and Object-Oriented Programming.* Expertise in NoSQL Databases, Container Management Systems, and AI/ML tools.About UsSlalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company. Actual compensation will depend upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
