Group Product Manager

Our Client is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead customer facing product experiences across acquisition, discovery, conversion, engagement, loyalty, retention, and lifecycle management. This role will define product strategy, optimize consumer funnels, and drive long term customer value across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate has strong B2C Product Management experience, has recently owned consumer facing products, and combines strategic leadership with hands on product execution, experimentation, analytics, and team leadership.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution across multiple customer facing product areas

• Own consumer experiences across acquisition, discovery, search, recommendations, conversion, checkout, engagement, loyalty, retention, and lifecycle management

• Optimize customer funnels, onboarding experiences, landing pages, and transactional journeys

• Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives focused on improving conversion, engagement, and retention

• Use customer behavior, analytics, research, and performance data to identify product opportunities and guide decisions

• Improve search, discovery, personalization, recommendations, merchandising, and customer experience

• Lead loyalty, membership, promotional, and customer incentive initiatives

• Develop strategies to increase repeat transactions, customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value

• Improve post purchase experiences, customer communications, self service capabilities, and support workflows

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through complementary products, services, upsells, and partnerships

• Define product vision, roadmaps, priorities, success metrics, and experimentation frameworks

• Manage, mentor, and develop Product Managers across multiple product areas

• Remain closely involved in day to day product decisions and execution

• Partner across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams

• Establish scalable Product Management processes and promote a customer focused, data driven product culture

Qualifications and Certifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with a strong B2C or consumer product focus

• 2+ years of experience managing Product Managers or leading multiple product areas

• Recent hands on ownership of customer facing web or mobile products

• Proven experience improving consumer acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, or customer lifetime value

• Strong experience with experimentation, A/B testing, analytics, funnel optimization, and customer behavior

• Experience with consumer growth initiatives such as search, discovery, personalization, recommendations, loyalty, membership, or lifecycle engagement

• Experience defining product strategy while remaining closely involved in execution

• Experience leading complex cross functional product initiatives

• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills

• Experience operating within fast paced, high growth environments

• Experience within ecommerce, marketplaces, travel, subscriptions, loyalty programs, or other consumer focused products preferred

• Experience with analytics and experimentation platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, or PostHog preferred

• Startup or high growth technology experience preferred
