Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries with a focus on providing thorough and accurate policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process.
• Manage insurance claims processing and diligently follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions to enhance service efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively in challenging situations.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities; you can juggle priorities without sacrificing quality.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but a strong desire to learn and succeed is essential.

• Agent: General Lines - Property and Casualty License

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
