Responsibilities Provide attentive, hands-on daily care for infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing Plan and implement age-appropriate developmental activities that support cognitive, social, and physical growth Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment that meets licensing standards Observe and document infant milestones and communicate progress regularly with families Build warm, trusting relationships with infants and their parents or guardians Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols in accordance with state childcare regulations Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience Requirements Early childhood education certification or equivalent credential required Prior experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early education setting Strong knowledge of infant development, best practices, and age-appropriate curriculum Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to meet Massachusetts EEC (Early Education and Care) staffing qualifications Warm, patient, and compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children Strong communication skills for effective parent and team engagement About Us Four Seasons Creative Learning Center Inc. has been a trusted name in early childhood education in the West Bridgewater, MA community, providing families with a nurturing, enriching environment where children can grow and thrive.
