Types of Cases: Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, General Anesthesia-Adult & Pediatric, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases-Spine, Complex orthopedic cases, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical cases-Head, Thoracic cases (except open heart), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Pain management techniques, Post-op epidural, Post-op extremity blocks, Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement
Supervision or independent: independently
Specific requirements/restrictions: Provider must live 90+ miles from facility., MUST WORK CALL, MUST HAVE ACTIVE NM LICENSE TO PRESENT, Must be board-certified with at least one year of experience., ACLS, PALS, AND BLS are required., Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing regional blocks., TRAINING FOR BLOCKS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED, AND THEY MUST PROVIDE CASE LOGS OF BLOCKS PERFORMED., provider cannot be within 90 miles of the facility
