Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in good standing
- Proven experience in step down or telemetry units preferred
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system (first timers accepted)
- Ability to assess patient conditions accurately and respond swiftly
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shifts effectively
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Familiarity with advanced nursing protocols and procedures
- Additional certifications such as TNCC or CCRN
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum of 1 year of hospital nursing experience in a step down or similar setting
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS are required
- Commitment to every other weekend coverage (Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00)
- First-time EPIC users welcome - comprehensive onboarding provided
- Travel, licensure, certification, and related reimbursements available where applicable
