A Global 100 firm is hiring an international trade associate (2-4 years) in Washington, DC. Cravath scale - $235K-$310K depending on class year. You'd handle counseling and litigation from day one - advising companies on sanctions and export controls while litigating trade remedy cases before the agencies and the U.S. Court of International Trade, with real substantive responsibility at your level. The work includes: Antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) investigations and litigation before Commerce, the ITC, and the U.S. Court of International Trade Economic sanctions counseling under programs administered by OFAC Export controls advice under the EAR, administered by Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Counseling clients across the full range of U.S. international trade regulation What you bring: 2-4 years of international trade experience from a firm, government, or agency role Reps in AD/CVD proceedings, trade litigation, or sanctions and export controls matters Strong writing and analytical skills DC bar admission What you get: A trade practice at the center of the market it regulates - this work runs through Washington A specialized, portable skill set in sanctions and export controls that stays in demand in any environment Cravath scale ($235K-$310K depending on class year) #J-18808-Ljbffr Lateral Link
