Mental Health Technician - Haven In ConwayArisa Health is seeking candidates to fill Mental Health Technician positions at Haven, a residential program for girls in Conway, AR. Mental Health Technicians provide direct care, supervision, and therapeutic support to adolescent girls ages 12-18 residing in a Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP). This role is essential in creating a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment that promotes emotional regulation, skill development, and healing from complex trauma.College students who are currently studying psychology or a related field are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be at least 21 years old.This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt (hourly).Work Hours: Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-4:00pm; Wednesday - Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm (40 hours) This position is eligible for shift differential.What you will do as a Mental Health Technician at Arisa Health:Provide 24-7 supervisionAssist with daily living skills, routines, cooking, and personal hygieneSupport implementation of individualized treatment plansAssist with de-escalation of crisis situations using trauma-informed responsesTransporting clients to appointments, school, activities, etc.Attend weekly staff meetingsDaily/nightly shift reportsWhat we look for in a Mental Health Technician:High School Diploma or GED is requiredBachelor's degree is preferredValid driver's license is requiredGood computer skillsThe ability to organize and prioritizeMust be able to lift up to 30 poundsMust be able to stand for extended periods and climb stairsMust be comfortable sitting at a desk and typing frequentlyMust be able to work in a team setting and independentlyArisa Health is an equal opportunity employer.
