Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator (12 month fixed-term contract)

Junior Recruiting Coordinator Anaplan seeks a Junior Recruiting Coordinator to work with multiple partners, including Talent Acquisition Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders. Hybrid working with two days/week in either our Manchester or London office. Your Impact Work with the recruiting team to schedule candidate interviews across the business using an interview scheduling tool; Manage the interview scheduling tool to ensure it is up to date and continued efforts for operational efficiency; Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on recruiting efforts to attract the right talent; Liaise with internal partners to develop process efficiencies and create scalable and repeatable processes for a growth organization; Identify areas of improvement, leading with an operational focus; Operate with integrity, respect, empathy, and high personal standards around confidentiality, continuously building personal credibility; Your Qualifications Up to 1 year in HR/People-related roles in a fast-growth/fast-paced environment; Independent self-starter, with an appetite for learning and working across multiple projects and programs; Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; Passion for details and 100% data accuracy; Self-starter comfortable with problem-solving, judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making; Ambitious self-learner, with the ability to learn on the fly; Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to be agile/flexible and to prioritize and meet target dates, as well as multi-task in a fast-paced environment; Ability to establish trust and credibility with employees/managers at all levels; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS (applicant tracking system); Nice to Have Technology, software, and SaaS industry experience; Workday, Greenhouse, GoodTime experience; Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) We believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
