- Assisting the Restaurant General Manager with all facets of the successful operations for an Arby's Restaurant in all areas of People, Profitability and Operations
- Providing a high level of leadership to the restaurant and the employees
- Supporting the Restaurant General Manager with all aspects of generating great operations as well as sales and profit growth efficiently and effectively
- Strong people-oriented leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive and determination
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills

- Understand and be able to execute all operational procedures
