We are currently looking for an PRN, dependable caregiver to provide care for a client located in Evergreen Park, Illinois .

This position is best suited for someone who already has hands-on caregiving experience, is comfortable traveling to and working in the Evergreen Park area, and can reliably commit to 12-hour shifts .

We are looking for someone who takes caregiving seriously and understands how important consistency, patience, and reliability are when working with a client in their home.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal caregiver should:

• Have previous professional or private-duty caregiving experience
• Be dependable, punctual, and consistent
• Be comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• Be comfortable with the client’s home environment and location in Evergreen Park, IL
• Have reliable transportation to and from the assignment
• Be patient, compassionate, respectful, and attentive
• Be comfortable working independently in a client’s home
• Be able to follow an established care plan and instructions
• Communicate professionally with the client, family, and care team
• Understand the importance of showing up for every accepted shift

Caregiver Responsibilities May Include

Depending on the client’s needs, responsibilities may include:

• Companionship and supervision
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility assistance
• Providing a safe and comfortable environment
• Observing and reporting changes in the client’s condition
• Other caregiving duties outlined in the client’s care plan

Schedule

Location: Evergreen Park, Illinois
Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
