Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (8-24 hours per week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated audiologist to provide services within nursing home and long-term care settings throughout Hartford County, Connecticut. It offers exceptional flexibility and work-life balance, making it ideal for experienced audiologists, new graduates, or clinicians seeking an alternative to traditional office-based practice. The provider will deliver high-quality hearing care directly to geriatric patients in a long-term care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide audiology services to patients in nursing home and long-term care facilities.
- Conduct hearing evaluations and audiological assessments.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff regarding hearing health and treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and facility staff.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to a geriatric population.
Education & Licensure
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) required
- Active Connecticut Audiologist License required
- Previous audiology experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a nursing home environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Compassionate approach to patient care
