What You Will Be Doing

- Managing electrical engineering and construction design teams for projects across multiple market sectors
- Supporting electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, including coordination with field operations, project management, and estimating teams
- Utilizing design software to coordinate new builds, renovations, and construction documentation
- Reviewing plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings to ensure constructability and compliance with project requirements
- Working with engineers, project managers, superintendents, and field personnel to ensure accurate and efficient project execution
- Assisting with value engineering, budgeting, and cost-saving solutions during preconstruction and construction phases

What You Need for this Position

- 2-10+ years of electrical engineering and/or electrical construction experience
- Design software exp is a huge plus ie Revit, AutoCAD, etc.
- Experience supporting commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, multifamily, or mission critical construction projects preferred
- Motivated individual seeking a great professional growth opportunity
- Ability to communicate with team members, contractors, owners, and clients
- Knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, codes, and specifications
- PE License huge plus
