What you’ll do:* Monitor a variety of security measures to help ensure safety at a private family residence.* Working closely with the Protective Services team, you'll work daily with family members, corporate executives, and other colleagues both in business and social environments to provide outstanding security protection.* Perform access control and ensure security procedures are completed* Undertake patrols and inspections in accordance with procedures* Monitor Snap’s CCTV system* Ensure that unauthorized people are not permitted in prohibited areas* Maintain an accurate record of any incidents that occur* Handle ad hoc duties as the need arises* Address any security breaches within set protocolsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:* A strong proven understanding of security operations and procedures* Residential security experience preferred* Knowledge and familiarity with computers and security equipment* Ability to work comfortably in a team environment, as well as individually* The flexibility to work any assigned shift* Ability to think and respond to a dynamic environment* Ability to stay on your feet for several hours without a break* Ability to provide protective coverage during physically taxing activities (running, jumping, crawling, bending, lifting, etc.)* Ability to walk up to 5 miles during a shift* Comfortable working in a family-friendly environment* Lifeguard and basic medical / first-aid background preferred* Superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to interact and communicate effectively and seamlessly with family members, corporate executives, and senior colleagues in business and social environmentsMinimum Qualifications:* 3+ years experience in the military, law enforcement, or a public/private sector security organization or equivalent years of experience* A valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle* Must be able to pass a background and driving record check* Valid BSIS Guard Card* Valid BSIS Firearms PermitPreferred Qualifications:* BS/BA or equivalent years of experience* Previous Residential Security experience* Passion for Snap Inc and its products!If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information."Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):The base hourly range for this position is $31.73-$47.11 hourly.Zone B:The base hourly range for this position is $30.28-$44.71 hourly.Zone C:The base hourly range for this position is $26.92-$39.9 hourly.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
